Background
The employee has been employed since the above-mentioned commencement date. This agreement replaces all previous agreements between the employee and the employer.
Salary
The salary at the time of the agreement is SEK. The salary is paid on the 25th of each month to the employee's account. Salary revision takes place on August 1st every year according to policy.
Overtime, Travel, and Subsistence allowance
The employee is not entitled to overtime pay, travel time compensation, or subsistence allowance.
Duty of Loyalty
The employee shall devote all their working time to the employment. The employee may not engage in any other activity that may be obstructive to work, compete with the employer's business, or in any other way harm the employer's business.
Ownership
The employer has exclusive and complete intellectual property rights to everything the employee produces within the scope of the employment.
Confidentiality Agreement
The employee agrees to maintain complete confidentiality regarding all matters of the business that the employer reasonably wishes to keep confidential, both during and after the employment. The employee shall keep all information inaccessible to unauthorized persons and take reasonable measures to prevent the spread of confidential information.
Termination
In case of termination by the employee, a notice period of months applies. In case of termination by the employer, a notice period of months applies, or the longer period prescribed by law. The employer has the right to relieve the employee from duties during the notice period. Upon termination, the employee must return all property belonging to the employer. Other provisions of the Employment Protection Act apply.
Policies
Expenses, pensions, training, insurance, and other conditions are regulated by the business's policies. The employee agrees to follow and stay updated on these policies. The employer has the unilateral right to decide on changes to policies.
